IT Analyst (Remote)

Requirements - Two to four years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations. - Working knowledge of macOS and/or Windows and common workplace collaboration software. - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users. - Ability to prioritize a queue of simultaneous requests and work with limited direction. - Sound judgment about when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate. - Familiarity with a ticketing system such as Jira Service Management and an identity platform such as Okta or Entra.
