Senior Backend Engineer

Role overview Design and implement backend platform services that store, index, and serve decisions, memories, and capsules for a large developer audience. This senior role focuses on the core API, persistence, and internal communication layers, with direct influence on platform reliability and performance.

Responsibilities - Architect and build backend services for storing and serving platform data. - Develop indexing and retrieval capabilities for decisions, memories, and capsules. - Work on the Go-based API layer and PostgreSQL storage engine. - Build or maintain internal service communication using gRPC. - Improve the reliability and performance of foundational platform components.

Requirements - Senior-level backend engineering experience. - Strong experience building services in Go. - Experience with PostgreSQL and data storage systems. - Familiarity with gRPC and service-to-service communication. - Ability to design systems for reliability and performance at significant scale.
