Staff AI Operations Lead

Role overview As a senior individual contributor on a data team, you will turn slow, manual, or inconsistent business processes into dependable AI-enabled workflows. You’ll work with teams across the organization to identify valuable use cases, deliver measurable improvements, and build shared practices that make future deployments easier to create and maintain.

Responsibilities - Learn how teams work and identify where automation or AI can improve their processes. - Set success measures such as speed, quality, cost, and risk; instrument workflows and report results. - Deliver production-ready systems with evaluation, monitoring, and human review where appropriate. - Improve adoption through user research, documentation, and rollout planning. - Develop reusable approaches for model access, orchestration, evaluation, logging, and cost management using existing data infrastructure. - Create practical guidance and training, and work with security, IT, legal, and engineering partners on safe, governable deployments.
