Frontend Engineer

Role overview This mid-level engineering position focuses on building fast, polished web experiences for a consumer product used by PC gamers. The work is primarily frontend but reaches into backend systems when needed, with close collaboration alongside product and design. Code ships quickly to real users, so attention to quality and reliability matters from day one.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS. - Partner with designers to translate ideas into clean, user-friendly interfaces. - Write clear, maintainable code and participate constructively in code reviews. - Help plan, scope, and ship new features end to end. - Debug issues across the stack and improve performance, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborate with the product team to convert requirements into working software.

Requirements - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - 1+ years building and shipping consumer-facing products. - Strong JavaScript fundamentals and hands-on React SPA experience. - A good eye for UI/UX quality and product polish. - Comfort working independently and owning deliverables with minimal supervision. - Experience working with SQL databases. - Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have - Interest in PC or console gaming. - TypeScript experience. - PostgreSQL database experience. - Tailwind CSS experience. - Familiarity with Redux, Node.js (ES6/ES7), Electron, or DevOps tooling.
