Role overview
Work the front line of customer support for a meal solutions company, handling customer questions, complaints, and account updates across phone, email, and live chat. The role is ideal for a service-oriented communicator who enjoys solving everyday problems and spotting patterns that can improve the broader customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls on the voice channel, averaging around 10 calls per hour and spending up to 24 hours per week on the phone. - Respond to inbound email and web form tickets at roughly 12 replies per hour, clearing the personal inbox daily with 24-hour response times. - Support customers through AI-assisted live chat, spending up to 12 hours per week within defined SLAs. - Participate in daily and weekly team meetings and stand-ups to share updates and insights. - Identify trends, research recurring issues, and contribute to root-cause analysis of bugs, operational misses, and service disruptions. - Stay flexible as channel mix and ticket volume shift to match daily business needs.
Requirements
- Prior customer support experience or related experience in restaurants, retail, or similar customer-facing environments. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Positive, collaborative attitude toward customer communication and teamwork. - Solid verbal and written communication skills. - Emerging analytical skills to spot trends and research common themes. - Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
Benefits and work setup
