Front-end developer

Role overview The role focuses on building browser extensions (plugins) from scratch for an AI-driven recruitment product that helps recruiters find and engage candidates across online sources. The extension acts as the customer-facing gateway to a data-intensive backend, performing real-time profile analytics and communicating candidate data back to the platform for automated engagement.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship a browser extension from scratch using JavaScript. - Develop real-time profile analytics features that surface candidate data to recruiters in the browser. - Integrate the extension with backend systems, frameworks, and APIs to enable automated candidate engagement. - Participate in two-week sprints, estimating and delivering on scoped tickets. - Take ownership of deliverables end-to-end, including iteration, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements - 3-8 years of front-end development experience (hobby experience considered if projects can be showcased). - Strong JavaScript skills and a front-end engineering focus. - Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. - Comfort working remotely and managing your own deliverables.

Nice to have - Experience with Manifest, TypeScript, Chrome extensions, or other browser plugins. - Background at a product-driven startup or scaleup.
