About this role
Role overview This is a customer-facing technical support role focused on helping non-technical customers build and scale applications on an AI-powered app and website builder platform. The position is fully remote for candidates based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, working GMT+2 hours. The mission is to resolve customer issues end-to-end while feeding improvements back into the underlying platform and AI agent so the same problems do not recur.
Responsibilities - Help non-technical customers resolve app issues, including bug fixes, architecture advice, and integration support - Update the underlying platform or AI agent after each customer fix to prevent the same failure pattern from happening again - Maintain public and internal knowledge base documentation, including known issues pages - Build automations that allow the support workflow to scale to many customers per day - Serve as the first responder for platform incidents during working hours, including managing the public status page and customer communication
Requirements - Strong TypeScript and React background - Solid grasp of modern web app fundamentals including HTTP, APIs, authentication, and databases - Proven ability to debug production issues using logs, traces, reproductions, and minimal test cases - Strong systems and architecture thinking around scalability, reliability, performance, and security basics - Excellent written communication that adapts tone and detail to different audiences - Prior customer-facing experience in support, sales, or pre-sales - Track record of closing 50 or more tickets per day
Nice to have - Hands-on experience with the broader stack: TypeScript, React, AI SDK, Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse, Tailwind, IaC tools such as CDK or Terraform, Docker, OpenTelemetry, Hono, Drizzle ORM, and Temporal - Cloud experience with Cloudflare and AWS - Familiarity with AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
