Full Stack Engineer

Role overview A small, focused team building an AI-native customer support platform is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design and build features end to end, from data and AI-agent workflows to the interfaces support teams use daily. As an early engineer, the role offers high ownership, direct access to founders, and the chance to help set the technical direction as the company grows.

Responsibilities - Build features across the stack, from backend services and data layers to product UI - Develop AI-agent workflows that investigate problems, resolve conversations, and take action across systems - Make technical decisions that shape the architecture early - Maintain the quality and reliability of what is shipped - Help establish a meaningful product surface owned end to end - Build a fast, reliable path from idea to production - Lay technical foundations that future engineers will build on

Requirements - Strong full-stack experience, ideally with TypeScript and React - Track record of shipping quickly without leaving a mess behind - Interest in building on top of modern AI and large language models - Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems rather than only solving defined ones

Nice to have - Background working on agentic systems, AI workflows, or LLM-powered products - Experience at an early-stage company shaping product and architecture
