Senior Product Manager, Supervisory Billing

Role overview

Own and grow a billing product that enables provisionally licensed therapists to provide care under a supervisor’s billing and oversight. The role covers product strategy, market expansion, operational scale, and new offerings that build on the existing service.

Responsibilities

- Set the product strategy, roadmap, and success measures, with accountability for business and customer outcomes. - Expand availability across additional states and insurance payers. - Improve operational efficiency so the service can support a much larger number of customers and appointments. - Develop new growth opportunities around the core billing capability, including exploring a marketplace for supervisors and supervisees. - Lead a broad, cross-functional effort from planning through delivery and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

- Experience materially growing a product’s revenue or market reach, including attracting new customers. - A general management mindset and willingness to own both product direction and business outcomes. - Experience taking a product or initiative from concept to launch. - Ability to lead a large cross-functional mandate and make progress across teams.

- Experience building marketplace products or services that connect distinct groups of users.
