About this role
Role overview Build production AI features for clinical and revenue cycle workflows as part of a small engineering team. The role suits an experienced software developer growing into AI engineering: you’ll learn from senior teammates, own features, and develop toward a senior-level role over an expected 12 to 18 months.

Requirements - At least two years of software development experience, including Python, C#/.NET, and REST API development and support. - Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, plus at least one year of front-end TypeScript experience. - At least one year building an LLM application or project involving prompts and tool use. - At least one year of exposure to agent frameworks, MCP, or LLM observability tools through work or personal projects. - Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn relevant privacy and interoperability standards. - Clear written and verbal communication, sound troubleshooting skills, and ability to work both independently and with a team.
Nice to have - Experience with Azure, containers, cloud services, retrieval-augmented generation, or vector databases. - Background in healthcare or another regulated industry.
