About this role

Role overview A deployment engineer role on an early-stage product delivery team building an AI governance and control platform for the enterprise. The platform gives security teams real-time visibility and policy enforcement over how humans and AI agents use data across tools and workflows. The position focuses on customer onboarding, technical support, and feeding field findings back into the product roadmap in a small, high-trust team that ships early and often.

Responsibilities - Triage issues by pulling logs, HAR files, and configurations, writing clean root cause analyses, and handing engineering well-scoped escalations. - Provide technical support during onboarding, acting as a trusted enablement partner for new customers. - Identify and act on opportunities to continuously improve the deployment experience for customers. - Maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation, and turn one-off fixes into tracked, documented processes. - Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and engineering to feed field findings into the product roadmap and deliver a first-class customer experience.

Requirements - Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments. - Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Intune or Jamf, browser extension rollout, SSO and identity configuration, and network or endpoint setup. - Comfort working across Windows, Linux, and macOS. - Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to coordinate through an issue, gather the right evidence, and close it cleanly. - Operational discipline that converts ad-hoc fixes into repeatable process, plus some ability to read or write code as a bonus for automation and root-cause work. - An AI-first mindset, a habit of looking for repeatable patterns to automate, and comfort with direct customer feedback in a fast-moving team where work ships into the product rather than a backlog.

Nice to have - Background at an AI-native startup, an analytics or data-insight platform, or a security and governance SaaS company. - A proactive, ownership-driven approach to fixing root causes and making life better for both customers and internal teammates.

Benefits and work setup - Competitive pay with meaningful equity, giving employees a real stake in the company's success. - 401(k) pension plan, generous paid time off, and flexible hybrid work. - A small, high-trust team that values transparency, creativity, and continuous learning, with no politics or bureaucracy. - Thoughtful leadership with a focus on growth, plus annual global off-sites for the broader team.
