What’s the position?
We are looking for a Technology Project Manager who likes high-accountability environments. This is not a box-ticking, follow-the-process job. It is about driving outcomes, building predictability, clearing the path for others, and making sure our security initiatives land on time and at quality. You will work across security, engineering, infrastructure, compliance, legal, product, and operations to bring clarity, momentum, and delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Sitting within the Technology Project Management function of our group-wide PMO, you will support a portfolio of information security projects and programs: control implementation and remediation, PCI DSS and ISMS compliance work, audit readiness, vendor security assessments, tooling and automation rollouts, and security awareness initiatives.
Your success will be measured by your ability to make us more predictable, remove friction, and keep complex security initiatives moving forward. You are the person who sees the risk coming, fixes the issue before it becomes a blocker, and creates the space for the security team to do their best work.
What You Will Deliver
-
Predictable security roadmaps, with clear visibility of progress, risks, mitigations, and trade-offs so leadership can make confident decisions.
-
Comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies across security and compliance workstreams.
-
Momentum across teams, ensuring cross-functional workstreams, auditors, and external vendor groups stay aligned, connected, and unblocked.
-
Smooth delivery, where issues are raised early, solutions are proposed quickly, and security complexity is simplified for the organization.
-
Security solutions that meet regulatory obligations and align with industry best practices, including PCI DSS, ISMS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
-
Audit readiness, with internal and external audits, vendor security assessments, and evidence requests coordinated well ahead of the deadline rather than in a last-minute scramble.
-
Operational efficiency, through the smart use of AI and automation to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication.
-
Improved ways of working, bringing lightweight structure, repeatable habits, and continuous improvement to security processes and controls.
-
A security-aware culture, reinforced through clear documentation, templates, and enablement rather than policing.
-
Stakeholder confidence, through transparent updates, clear security performance metrics, and the ability to translate technical detail into what matters most, including at the Security and Privacy Steering Committee (SPSC).
How You Work
-
You have a “get it done” mindset, always pushing for clarity and forward progress.
-
You are not here to run a task list; you are here to own the path to delivery and ensure teams can execute without friction.
-
You work well in ambiguity and bring order without becoming bureaucratic, which is essential when navigating evolving threats and regulatory requirements.
-
You operate with high accountability and low ego.
-
You are curious about new tools and technologies, especially AI and automation, and you use them to eliminate noise, reduce admin, and free teams up for high-value work.
-
You are proactive in surfacing risks, options, and recommendations, and you bring solutions, not just problems.
-
You know how to read a room, manage senior stakeholders, and influence without authority.
-
You communicate clearly in writing and in person, and you know how to keep the right people informed in the right way.
-
You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving workplace, adapting quickly, embracing change, and making bold decisions when needed.
