Job details
About this role
Role overview This role designs, builds, and operates the systems and integrations powering enterprise AI adoption across a global workforce of more than 1,300 employees. Sitting within IT Operations and reporting to the Director of IT, the engineer connects large language model platforms to internal systems, develops internal automation, and supports the secure, compliant rollout of AI tooling across a regulated gaming environment.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting LLM platforms and other AI tooling to internal systems such as identity management, ticketing/ITSM, endpoint management, and collaboration tools. - Own and evolve internal automation bots and agents that streamline IT operations workflows, including integration with identity systems and ticketing platforms. - Support and extend the enterprise AI platform deployment, including application registrations, authentication and authorization flows, secrets management, and cloud-hosted proxy services. - Build and maintain identity and endpoint management tooling, including deployment pipelines, proactive remediation scripts, and reporting integrations. - Partner with DevOps and security stakeholders on credential architecture, network requirements, and secure-by-design integration patterns. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures across identity, endpoint management, and AI tooling layers, from authentication and SSO issues to connector bugs. - Balance delivery speed with governance, risk, and compliance requirements in a heavily audited environment, designing integrations with audit trails and access control in mind. - Document architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures so systems remain supportable beyond a single engineer.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integrations engineering, or platform engineering with real production ownership. - Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and a working understanding of agentic tooling, tool-calling, and AI integration protocols. - Strong scripting or programming ability in Python and/or JavaScript for integrations, automation, and internal tooling. - Experience with enterprise identity platforms and directory or API-based identity management, including app registrations, authentication flows, conditional access, and directory management. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, including containerized services, secrets management, and major cloud provider platforms. - Familiarity with endpoint or device management platforms for both macOS and Windows fleets. - Comfort working in a regulated environment with integrations designed around audit, access control, and compliance requirements. - Strong troubleshooting instincts across identity, network, endpoint, and application layers.
Nice to have - Experience with ITSM or ticketing platforms and their APIs. - Experience building chat-native bots or integrations for internal collaboration platforms. - Exposure to AI governance frameworks.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive pay and benefits, flexible vacation allowance, and a hybrid or remote working environment. - Startup culture backed by a secure global brand, with an emphasis on diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace practices.
