QA Analyst - Sportsbook

Role overview Join the Sportsbook quality team as a QA Analyst dedicated to safeguarding the customer experience across an online betting platform. The role centers on real-time monitoring of markets, prices, and promotional content, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth user flows. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where vigilance, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration drive the difference between friction and trust.

Responsibilities - Conduct real-time surveillance of sportsbook app functionality, market content, and pricing accuracy across all betting categories - Run comprehensive daily QA checklists covering app features, content integrity, and promotional offerings - Test customer-facing flows such as bet placement, promo activation, and navigation to surface defects early - Spot patterns in recurring issues and proactively investigate anomalies beyond standard procedures - Increase monitoring intensity around major sporting events, post-release updates, and high-traffic windows - Verify that planned content strategies are executed correctly and challenge plans that conflict with customer experience or compliance - Produce detailed daily QA reports with clear prioritization, customer-impact notes, and escalation pathways - Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and turnaround times, and support incident sign-off processes

Requirements - One or more years of experience in QA, content operations, trading, or another sportsbook or online gaming function - Demonstrable sports betting knowledge, including familiarity with the global sporting calendar, leagues, market types, and pricing mechanics - Exceptional attention to detail with a systematic checklist approach and the instinct to connect unrelated signals into systemic findings - Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize calmly under pressure - Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to escalate issues and challenge plans constructively

Nice to have - Experience mapping customer journeys and recommending user-flow optimizations - Comfort working closely with Trading, Content Operations, Event Control, Planning, Product, and Engineering counterparts
