Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Work directly with customers to put AI solutions into operation, help them get lasting value from the platform, and build improvements in response to real needs. The role combines customer-facing engineering, full-stack development, AI application work, and delivery ownership, with close collaboration across product, engineering, and customer success.

Responsibilities - Guide customers through onboarding, integrations, ongoing use, and optimization of AI solutions. - Build product features, prototypes, and scalable tools that improve customer outcomes. - Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python. - Design and refine AI/ML applications, including LLM prompts and voice or transcription settings. - Manage APIs and integrations with external systems. - Use customer feedback to iterate on solutions while coordinating several projects and deadlines.

Requirements - Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Practical proficiency in Python. - Experience building AI/ML applications, including prompt design and tuning. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party systems. - Clear communication skills, including explaining technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver in a fast-moving environment. - Independence, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
