AI Engineer

As an AI engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade intelligent systems that touch real users at scale, from CV analysis to resume optimization.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems using large language model APIs. - Develop NLP pipelines for CV analysis, job matching, and candidate scoring. - Build and fine-tune models that improve resume quality and ATS compatibility. - Collaborate with frontend engineers on AI-powered features inside a React and Next.js application. - Architect scalable AI infrastructure on major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Requirements - Deep expertise with neural networks, NLP, and large language model APIs. - Strong Python skills grounded in solid software engineering fundamentals. - Working experience with React and the ability to collaborate effectively on frontend code. - Daily active use of generative AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows. - Demonstrated experience shipping AI products to real users at scale.
