About this role
Role overview Build and run computer vision and machine learning systems, taking ideas from research and experimentation through deployment. You’ll help shape AI products and pipelines for both batch and real-time use, working with colleagues across disciplines to meet user needs and balance technical performance with cost.
Responsibilities - Design and develop production-ready computer vision algorithms and models, including CNNs, transformers, and generative approaches. - Deploy and operate models and machine learning pipelines at scale. - Integrate AI capabilities into products with cross-functional teams, considering user needs and system costs. - Explore research and emerging tools, then assess their value for practical product work. - Create synthetic data and optimize models for GPU or CPU hardware. - Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, privacy, and diversity.
Requirements - At least four years of software development experience and four years building production machine learning or computer vision models. - Strong Python skills and experience with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow. - Deep understanding of machine learning methods, including computer vision and GANs. - Familiarity with large language models and diffusion models, including fine-tuning methods such as LoRA. - Ability to bring existing open-source models into production and optimize them for hardware. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
