About this role
Role overview

Requirements
- Strong experience managing software engineering teams, including senior engineers and distributed contributors. - Ability to lead hiring, capacity planning, performance management, coaching, and organizational development. - Experience partnering effectively with Product and Design while balancing customer needs, technical investment, and operational demands. - A track record of owning complex delivery commitments and intervening early when scope, quality, or timelines are at risk. - Sound technical judgment in frontend platforms, navigation, developer experience, or comparable product infrastructure. - Comfort using customer feedback, research, usage data, and experimentation to inform roadmaps and decisions.
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote work in a globally distributed environment. - Equity participation, a company-funded allowance for approved AI coding tools, and access to current AI models. - Annual leave policy providing 30 days, including designated company shutdown days, subject to local requirements. - Structured career development, transparent communication, high autonomy, and support for onboarding.
