Product Designer

Role overview Design clear, usable healthcare software for clinicians and patients. This role combines research into clinical work, interaction and workflow design, prototyping, and refinement of production interfaces, with an emphasis on making important tasks easy to complete under time pressure.

Responsibilities - Learn how clinicians work through observation, shadowing, and interviews. - Turn research findings into workflows, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs. - Use Figma to communicate and develop design solutions. - Maintain a consistent design system that supports usability in fast-paced clinical settings. - Test designs with clinicians, interpret feedback, and iterate on the experience.

Requirements - At least three years of product design experience. - A portfolio demonstrating work on complex user workflows. - Fluency in Figma and interactive prototyping. - Knowledge of accessibility practices, including WCAG. - An evidence-led approach to research, design choices, and iteration.

Nice to have - Experience designing health technology or enterprise software.
