DevOps Engineer

Role overview Operate and improve cloud infrastructure and delivery systems for applications handling sensitive health data. The role covers infrastructure ownership, reliable software delivery, security controls, and incident readiness, as well as supporting reviews of security practices.

Responsibilities - Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and CI/CD pipelines. - Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, backups, and disaster recovery processes. - Strengthen access management, secrets handling, encryption, and network security controls. - Help prepare for security reviews and respond to customer security questionnaires. - Support incident response with a careful, methodical approach.

Requirements - At least three years of DevOps or site reliability engineering experience. - Experience operating on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, and container technologies. - Working knowledge of security and privacy controls for sensitive information. - Ability to respond to incidents calmly and systematically.
