Network Program Manager, Preventative Maintenance
Job details
About this role
Role overview
Coordinate preventative maintenance for critical infrastructure at network facilities across multiple regional markets. The role connects maintenance planning with field execution: aligning contractors, controlling scheduled work, ensuring procedures are followed and managing first-level escalations when site issues arise. It also coordinates urgent dispatch and repair activity when power or equipment failures threaten operations.
Responsibilities
- Run regular operational reviews with maintenance contractors, tracking site work, outstanding quotes and obstacles. - Coordinate regional scheduling and technician dispatch, arranging site escorts when needed; onboard contractor administrators to required systems and work-order, ticketing and billing processes. - Create and manage scheduled maintenance change tickets, ensuring work is submitted at least 72 hours in advance. - Maintain and distribute procedures for generator servicing, HVAC upkeep, battery checks and transfer-switch inspections, and coordinate their review with operations stakeholders. - Act as the first escalation contact during maintenance visits; open repair work orders for infrastructure faults and track remediation. - Arrange urgent vendor dispatch for equipment replacement or generator deployment during power outages and major incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least three years in telecommunications infrastructure, network facility operations or critical-facility management. - Experience managing external service vendors, field operations and cross-functional coordination. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or an equivalent enterprise ticketing and change-management platform. - Working knowledge of critical-site power equipment, including standby generators, transfer switches and -48V DC power systems with battery strings. - Understanding of facility HVAC and environmental systems, such as shelter units, filtration, coolant or refrigerant loops, and monitoring sensors.
Nice to have
- Experience moving manual operations to field-service or ERP software. - Background in on-call coordination, major-incident response, or drafting and enforcing maintenance procedures across multiple regions.
Benefits and work setup
- Full-time US role with a stated base salary range of $84,000–$122,400, plus bonus and benefits; the applicable range varies by location. - The opportunity does not include immigration sponsorship.
