Role overview This junior web development role focuses on building and improving a TypeScript application used to turn meeting information into dashboards and sponsor reports. You’ll contribute across the interface and supporting APIs, help connect the product with customer tools, and work with teammates to turn feedback into improvements. The position is full-time, remote, and intended for candidates based in Latin America.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain application features across user interfaces and APIs. - Present meeting data, including transcripts, summaries, sentiment, and themes, in clear dashboards and reports. - Create responsive, accessible interfaces that work well in demonstrations and live event settings. - Help integrate the application with customer systems such as CRM tools. - Write tests, fix defects, participate in code reviews, and incorporate customer feedback.

Requirements - One to three years of web development experience; relevant internships, training, or strong personal projects may count. - Solid JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals. - Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally React. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts. - Basic understanding of REST APIs and data handling. - Familiarity with Git and collaborative development, plus clear English communication and openness to feedback.

Nice to have - Next.js or Node.js experience. - Data visualization, SQL, or relational database experience such as PostgreSQL. - Exposure to AI features, language models, transcription, or speech-to-text services. - Experience integrating CRM systems or interest in event and B2B sales technology.

Benefits and work setup The role is remote from Latin America, full time at 40 hours per week, and offered as a contract through a payroll platform. The stated compensation range is $2,000–$2,500 USD per month, depending on experience and skills.
