QA/Testing Intern

Role overview A remote quality assurance internship built around protecting product quality through careful observation, structured testing, and growing automation skills. The role spans writing test cases, exercising forms and mobile flows, reporting reproducible defects, and starting to automate the most critical user journeys. It is a twelve-week opportunity aimed at someone who enjoys finding what others miss.

Responsibilities - Write structured test cases that cover key features and edge cases. - Exercise web forms and mobile flows to validate end-to-end behavior. - Report bugs in a reproducible way, with clear steps, evidence, and expected versus actual results. - Retest fixes after they land and confirm that issues are truly resolved. - Begin automating critical user journeys using a scripted testing tool.

Requirements - Careful, methodical observation and attention to detail. - Ability to write clear, precise bug reports. - Working knowledge of how browsers work and the basics of HTTP requests and responses. - Basic scripting ability to support simple automation tasks.

Nice to have - Experience with API testing tools and techniques. - Familiarity with accessibility testing and tools such as axe. - Comfort writing SQL queries to inspect test data. - A curious, exploratory approach to finding unexpected behavior.
