Role overview
Build and operate production software for a system that identifies potential buyers, generates outreach, manages AI-assisted conversations, and supports meeting creation. This is an ownership-focused engineering role covering product surfaces, data pipelines, large-scale message delivery, and the operational safeguards needed to keep customer-facing automation dependable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver features end to end, from data models and services to the user experience customers interact with. - Develop and improve pipelines that transform raw signals into qualified buyer information. - Work on an AI sales development workflow, including prompts, evaluations, guardrails, and iterative improvement loops. - Maintain reliable systems that process high volumes of outbound messages. - Build monitoring and alerting that identifies failures before they affect customers. - Make and explain pragmatic trade-offs between rapid delivery and long-term technical quality.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and maintaining production software used by real customers. - Strong TypeScript skills, or comparable experience in another language with the ability to become productive quickly. - Practical experience with large language models in production and an understanding of their failure modes. - Comfort owning complete product areas rather than working only from narrowly defined tickets. - Customer-focused judgment, with attention to the outcome of shipped work as well as the code itself.
