Role overview

A full-time, fully remote Software Engineer position open to candidates worldwide, working on the infrastructure behind an AI-assisted cold email and LinkedIn-based outbound sales platform. The product offers signal trackers, bio rewriting, follower audits, posting-time optimization, viral post prediction, archetype analysis, and pipeline gap calculation tools that help users find and engage buyers. The team is small enough that every application is reviewed by a person who replies directly.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain web application features for an outbound sales platform centered on LinkedIn outreach - Develop and iterate on tools such as signal trackers, bio rewriters, follower audits, and when-to-post optimizers - Work on viral post prediction, archetype quiz, and pipeline gap calculator capabilities - Support integrations that let external AI assistants interact with the platform through an MCP-compatible interface - Maintain free public tools, calculators, and consumer-facing utilities alongside core product features - Contribute to a product described as "the infrastructure of cold email, on LinkedIn" with signal-powered outbound that books meetings in a user's voice

Requirements

- Solid software engineering fundamentals for building and shipping production web applications - Comfort working fully remote as part of a globally distributed team - Ability to collaborate effectively with a small, hands-on engineering team - Interest in or experience with AI-driven product features and integrations - Self-directed working style suited to asynchronous collaboration - Willingness to engage with the product's outbound and growth-oriented use cases
