About this role
Provide Level 3 engineering support for NOC escalations, troubleshooting complex network, hardware, and software issues across service provider environments. Design solutions, recommend process changes, and interface with vendors, engineering teams, and customers to ensure high network availability. Requires strong Cisco routing/switching, firewall, collaboration, and load balancing expertise along with relevant CCNP-level certifications.
