Senior Data Analyst

Role overview Serve as the primary analytics partner for a team, using product, operational, business, customer, and market data to guide decisions. The work ranges from answering recurring and ad hoc questions to improving data models, quality checks, and self-service reporting in partnership with data engineers.

Responsibilities - Analyze product, operational, and business performance and turn findings into practical recommendations. - Investigate internal, market, and customer data across different business areas. - Identify opportunities to improve product features through regular and one-off analysis. - Present concise, clear interpretations of results to colleagues. - Partner with data engineers to define analytical data models and maintain data quality through QA. - Build or support dashboards and analytical definitions, including explores, measures, and dimensions.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, economics, or another quantitative field. - At least four years of professional data analysis experience. - Advanced SQL and experience with Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse. - Proficiency in Excel and hands-on use of BI tools for dashboards and visualizations. - Understanding of data modeling and data quality, plus experience with event tracking and product analytics. - Experience with A/B testing and causal inference, and strong written and spoken English communication.

Nice to have - Experience with Looker and Amplitude.
