Frontend Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain the web interfaces used for winery commerce and customer management, spanning e-commerce, point of sale, reservations, and CRM. You’ll work with product, backend engineering, and QA to deliver features, improve existing experiences, and keep the platform reliable as it grows.

Responsibilities - Develop and scale customer-facing features across several web applications. - Integrate frontend work with backend services through REST APIs. - Coordinate with QA to prepare features for release and meet quality standards. - Improve existing interfaces for usability, consistency, and responsive behavior. - Review code and follow practices that support performance, maintainability, and scale. - Document frontend workflows, shared components, and user experience patterns.

Requirements - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React, with experience building substantial frontend applications. - Strong HTML and CSS skills; experience with component-based styling is useful. - Experience integrating REST APIs and using Git or similar version control. - Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or NPM, and with unit or integration testing. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver features on schedule. - Clear communication, collaborative habits, and an understanding of core web usability principles.

Nice to have - Experience with e-commerce or point-of-sale products. - Familiarity with state management and frontend architecture.
