Responsibilities - Identify high impact problems in areas such as finance, operations, customer support, or engineering, including bottlenecks and customer pain points. - Build, test, and ship working AI based solutions, using rapid prototypes and iterating from feedback. - Capture business knowledge in structured skills and context documents that other people or AI agents can use independently. - Demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders and encourage adoption through practical examples. - Evaluate results using evidence such as data, usage, and logs, and communicate findings even when they are unfavorable. - Track measurable before and after outcomes from transformations you lead, while working through skepticism and operational constraints.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience improving a process, department, or product with measurable before and after results. - Current, hands-on use of AI tools or agents in a business or production setting. - One to three years of programming or software development experience, including building and testing practical solutions. - At least three years of operational experience improving processes and delivering outcomes. - Experience working across business, technology, and people functions. - Ability to ship early functional solutions, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and work autonomously amid ambiguity. - A master’s degree in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, or a related technical or quantitative field is listed.
Benefits and work setup The stated salary range is $130,000–$150,000 USD. The role is based within an assigned operating business unit; specific remote or onsite arrangements are not provided.
