Sr. software engineer

Role overview The product is a desktop application that orchestrates AI coding agents in parallel, using real branches, worktrees, and pull requests on the user's own machine. The senior engineer will own the core orchestration that makes multi-agent local workflows reliable.

Responsibilities - Design and implement the orchestration core that runs many AI coding agents concurrently. - Integrate tightly with real branches, worktrees, and local pull-request workflows. - Ensure agent runs are isolated, recoverable, and observable from the desktop.

Requirements - Senior software engineering experience building production desktop applications. - Strong systems engineering background, ideally with prior work on developer tooling. - Comfort designing concurrent, process-style orchestration at the local machine level.

Nice to have - Experience with Git internals, worktrees, or local CI runners. - Background building IDE plugins, terminal multiplexers, or agent runtimes.
