Robot Software & Integration Engineer

Role overview A hands-on software and integration engineering role building the software layer around a multi-platform robot fleet. The work spans ROS 2 development, customer-system integrations and the internal tooling that underpins a Robotics-as-a-Service delivery model.

Responsibilities - Integrate robot platforms with customer warehouse, manufacturing and site systems such as WMS and MES. - Build fleet monitoring, telemetry and alerting capabilities that support service contracts. - Develop in ROS 2 and work with manufacturer SDKs to extend platform capabilities. - Create internal tooling for service operations, trial management and reporting.

Requirements - Professional software engineering experience applied to real robots or industrial hardware. - Proficiency with ROS or ROS 2, Python and C++, plus networking and Linux fundamentals. - Pragmatic, ownership-minded approach with the ability to take systems end-to-end from prototype through to production.
