Staff Product Manager

Role overview A staff-level product management role owning the platform that powers food access programs, ancillary benefits, and food-as-medicine services for health plan and employer clients. The position centers on turning complex, multi-stakeholder operational realities into scalable, well-structured product capabilities that expand access to nutritious food across diverse populations.

Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Food Access & Benefits platform area. - Translate messy operational complexity across members, employers, health plans, and partners into clean, scalable product designs. - Lead launches of new service lines that integrate with clinical nutrition offerings and food benefit administration. - Navigate regulatory, partner, and operational dependencies to ship features that work in production. - Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams to drive roadmap clarity and execution rigor.

Requirements - Significant experience as a product leader launching products in operationally intensive domains. - Demonstrated ability to bring new services to market and establish product-market fit. - Strong product management rigor applied to spaces historically driven by operations alone. - Comfort navigating complex ecosystems involving health benefits administration, food access programs, and partner integrations. - Track record of driving measurable business impact through product decisions.
