Role overview A remote-first consultancy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to act as both product leader and strategic advisor for client engagements. The role partners closely with startups and enterprise teams to shape product direction, navigate complex decisions, and guide delivery from discovery through launch, often in AI-driven environments. It is fully remote across North America and reports into the product delivery organization.
Responsibilities - Develop domain expertise across customer segments such as AI, healthcare, SaaS, and eCommerce. - Build deep partnerships with founders and technology leaders to understand their product, users, and strategic priorities. - Establish a clear product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps aligned across functions. - Lead full product and feature development cycles from discovery through delivery. - Guide clients through complex decisions that balance user needs, business objectives, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints. - Engage with technical concepts and tradeoffs such as APIs, data models, and system architecture, earning credibility with engineering teams. - Communicate roadmaps, decisions, and learnings to audiences ranging from developers to executives.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience. - Proven ability to operate in ambiguity using research, analytics, intuition, and empathy. - Experience taking multiple products or feature sets through the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. - Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to turn big ideas into actionable plans. - Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor. - Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and building innovative products.
