Role overview
A senior frontend engineering role focused on building high-performance web interfaces for a suite of AI-driven cloud products, including enterprise chatbots, agent-assist tooling, and conversation analytics. The position sits on a fast-growing product team that delivers Generative AI and conversational AI capabilities to business users, partnering closely with UX designers and engineering peers.
Responsibilities
- Translate UX specifications into production-grade interfaces using React and Redux, working day-to-day with designers. - Develop bespoke dashboard widgets, including custom plugins for Google Looker Studio. - Contribute to an agile squad building a scalable, highly available application platform on modern PaaS infrastructure such as GCP. - Join requirements analysis and backlog grooming to shape upcoming work. - Leverage platform components like CDNs and NoSQL data stores to meet scalability, reliability, and operability targets. - Document and communicate architecture choices and implementation approaches clearly. - Take ownership of code running in production, including on-call responsibilities and live troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Deep, hands-on focus on React and Redux. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Demonstrated experience with operational code ownership, including on-call rotations and uptime work. - Familiarity with modern UI design patterns and clean separation of concerns across distributed systems. - Track record working inside an Agile or Scrum team, with proactive verbal and written communication.
Nice to have
- Background building contact center software. - Prior work creating custom widgets using Google Looker Studio.
