Senior Software Engineer

Role overview The Senior Software Engineer contributes to an AI-native platform built around agentic AI across a full operational lifecycle. The role spans design, development, and shipping of full-stack features, working alongside product, design, and engineering peers on a team that prizes first-principles thinking and rapid execution.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, modify, and test software applications and systems across multiple product areas. - Write high-quality, well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools, applying data analysis and engineering judgment to complex problems. - Lead design and code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help raise the team's overall quality bar. - Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship user-facing products that meet real customer needs. - Work independently to navigate ambiguity, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines while mastering internal development standards.

Requirements - 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. - 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with event-driven architectures and platforms such as Kafka. - Versatility across both internal tools and client-facing software systems.

Nice to have - Experience adapting quickly to new technologies and frameworks. - A mindset oriented toward measurable engineering impact rather than theoretical design.
