Full Stack Software Engineer

Role overview Join a fast-moving product team building operational intelligence software for e-commerce brands. The work centers on an AI-powered planning platform that helps commerce operators forecast demand, manage inventory, and turn messy operational data into clear, explainable decisions. As a full stack engineer, you'll shape product direction while the platform evolves from dashboards toward scenario simulation and AI-assisted recommendations.

Responsibilities - Build new user-facing features across the React and Ruby on Rails codebase - Develop and consume the REST API through auto-generated OpenAPI clients - Create reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use - Translate designs and wireframes into production-quality code - Collaborate closely with teammates, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery - Leverage AI-assisted development tools and contribute to product requirements

Requirements - 5+ years of professional software development experience - Solid grasp of web technologies and fundamental programming principles - Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfort with AI development tools in a changing tooling landscape

Nice to have - Background in Ruby on Rails or React with TypeScript - Experience with PostgreSQL, Bootstrap, react-query, or react-table - Familiarity with analytics layers or BI tooling - Exposure to inventory planning, supply chain, or commerce operations domains
