Senior Product Designer

Role overview

This role owns the design of AI-first products, carrying work from early sketches through to shipped, trustworthy interfaces. The designer partners closely with engineering and product to shape the user experience across the stack. It is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product design, from initial concepts and prototypes through to final shipped surfaces. - Shape interaction patterns that make AI behavior legible and trustworthy to users. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to align scope, quality, and timing. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research, and qualitative signals.

Requirements

- Senior-level experience as a product designer shipping complex software products. - A portfolio demonstrating ownership of design from concept through launch. - Ability to design for AI-driven experiences where behavior is probabilistic and evolving. - Strong craft in interaction, visual, and systems design.
