Senior Salesforce Developer

Role overview Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery within a Salesforce ecosystem that powers a leading vehicle lifecycle platform connecting insurers, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and service providers. The work spans detailed solution design, scalable development, integration enhancements, deployment, and ongoing production support, with continuous improvement of existing functionality as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities - Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements, translating them into sound Salesforce solution approaches. - Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and approved design standards. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. - Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform detailed root-cause analysis, and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews. - Participate in sprint planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies, providing regular updates and status reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements - Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall platform architecture including data modeling, security, and automation frameworks. - Advanced experience with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations (JSON and XML). - Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues including automation failures, Apex exceptions, and integration errors. - Thorough understanding of the Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, security/sharing models, and Salesforce design best practices. - Comprehensive knowledge of custom object/field configuration, data management, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and integration troubleshooting. - Upper-intermediate English.

Nice to have - Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
