Senior Front End Engineer

Role overview

A senior front-end engineering role on the team building a digital experience monitoring (DEM) platform that helps enterprises observe and optimize SaaS, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments. The role focuses on designing and implementing novel visualizations of large-scale performance data, working closely with product, design, customer success, and the broader engineering organization.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement novel visualizations that make large-scale performance data useful to enterprise customers. - Own significant portions of the product and respond to feedback from customers, partners, and team members. - Engineer across the full stack where needed, from user experience and visualization through DevOps and analytics. - Enhance, scale, and reshape the product and platform to meet new requirements. - Contribute to a diverse, multi-platform codebase spanning web and adjacent surfaces. - Partner with product management, marketing, and customer success to deliver customer-facing capabilities.

Requirements

- Senior-level experience in front-end or full-stack engineering within a modern JavaScript ecosystem. - Strong sense of user experience and ability to turn complex datasets into clear, performant interfaces. - Track record of shipping production systems used by enterprise customers. - Comfort owning substantial product areas and collaborating across disciplines. - Experience working on visualizations, dashboards, or data-rich applications.

Nice to have

- Background with digital experience monitoring, APM, or related observability tooling. - Familiarity with performance data, network/end-user metrics, or Microsoft 365 workloads. - Experience expanding multi-platform codebases (web, desktop, browser extensions).
