Senior Salesforce Developer

Role overview Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions across a Salesforce ecosystem supporting the vehicle lifecycle and transportation technology space. The role owns end-to-end technical delivery—from solution design and scalable development through deployment, integration enhancements, and production support—while continuously improving existing functionality as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities - Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define effective Salesforce solution approaches. - Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the broader platform. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and approved design standards. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. - Troubleshoot complex production issues, drive detailed root-cause analysis, and perform architecture, design, and code reviews. - Participate in sprint planning, project planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies, providing regular progress updates and status reporting.

Requirements - Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform architecture including data modeling, security, and automation frameworks. - Advanced experience with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations using JSON and XML. - Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues including automation failures, Apex exceptions, and integration errors. - Thorough understanding of the Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, security/sharing models, and Salesforce design best practices. - Comprehensive knowledge of custom object/field configuration, data management, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. - Upper-intermediate English.

Nice to have - Preferred certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
