About this role
Role overview
Own end-to-end product design for the growth funnel, helping prospective vacation rental owners move from initial interest to qualified leads and signed customers. You will work across product, marketing, and data to improve conversion while maintaining lead quality, combining visual craft, experimentation, and customer research across web and mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design acquisition and conversion experiences, including landing pages, qualification flows, self-service tools, and onboarding. - Partner with product and marketing teams to improve conversion without reducing lead quality. - Develop and ship experiments using rapid prototyping and AI-supported workflows, measuring funnel outcomes. - Create modular page templates and content management components so partner teams can launch experiences efficiently. - Use funnel analytics, behavioral data, stakeholder feedback, and user research to identify drop-offs and retention opportunities. - Improve the broader customer journey by removing friction and iterating on designs based on evidence.
Requirements
- At least seven years of product design experience and a portfolio showing shipped landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion improvements. - Experience at a high-growth consumer, business, or technology-enabled services organization. - Strong visual, interaction, and responsive design skills, with experience using Figma. - Ability to work closely with engineers and product managers, iterate quickly, and contribute in a codebase using GitHub and AI coding agents. - Familiarity with feature flags and experimentation tools. - Confidence using A/B tests, funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and qualitative research to explain design decisions.
