Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview A senior full stack developer is sought to architect and deliver scalable web applications powered by React and Meteor. The role combines deep technical leadership across the full stack with hands-on shaping of AI/ML features, including LLM integrations, RAG memory, and graph or vector databases. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, owns delivery end-to-end, and mentors through example.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex features in React, Meteor, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Go, with clean abstractions and modular structure. - Apply expertise in Meteor client/server architecture, including pub/sub patterns and best practices. - Model and optimize MongoDB data layers, implement validation and sanitization, and integrate vector stores or graph databases for semantic search and RAG workflows. - Integrate LLM APIs, embedding pipelines, and RAG memory layers, with working knowledge of tokenization, chunking, and local embedders. - Develop RESTful endpoints and plugins across Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, and Meteor. - Implement unit, integration, and UI tests, contribute to linting standards, and review pull requests across the organization.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of full-stack web development, with at least 3 years on React and Meteor. - Strong MongoDB data modeling, indexing, and aggregation skills; experience with Milvus or graph databases is a plus. - Solid coding ability in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Bash, Meteor, and React. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector or graph databases. - Proven track record delivering production-grade features autonomously and maintaining Git workflows and CI in GitHub Actions or similar systems.

Nice to have - Prior experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, or EC2. - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for development and test environments. - Understanding of CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
