Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Role overview A mid-level full stack developer is needed to help build and maintain web applications alongside senior engineers. The position covers both front-end and back-end work in React and Meteor, with opportunities to integrate lightweight AI/ML features. It suits someone with solid fundamentals who wants to grow their autonomy while contributing meaningfully across the stack.

Responsibilities - Contribute to feature design and implementation in React and Meteor, following patterns established by senior engineers. - Build Meteor publications, methods, routing, and pub/sub data flows across client and server. - Design and maintain MongoDB schemas, indexes, and simple aggregation queries. - Integrate basic LLM calls, embedding pipelines, and RAG endpoints under mentorship. - Develop RESTful endpoints and small plugins in Node.js/TypeScript and Python. - Write unit and integration tests with Jest or Mocha, participate in pull request reviews, and debug issues in Chrome DevTools and VS Code.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 2–4 years of full-stack experience, including 1–2 years working with React and Meteor. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with basic Python or Bash scripting. - Hands-on experience modeling data in MongoDB, including collections, indexes, and aggregations. - Familiarity with LLM concepts, RAG memory patterns, or vector lookups. - Comfort with Git workflows, CI pipelines, and debugging in browsers and IDEs.

Nice to have - Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, or EC2, or another cloud provider. - Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi. - Any hands-on work with graph databases or vector stores.
