A software development organization focused on building innovative fintech solutions is curating a talent pool for upcoming Fullstack Developer opportunities. The team partners with companies to design and deliver modern financial services, with particular depth in blockchain-based systems and online payment platforms. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across web applications serving fintech clients - Contribute to both frontend and backend codebases using modern frameworks and languages - Collaborate on solutions involving payment processing, distributed-ledger integrations, and related financial services - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making - Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software - Work alongside cross-functional teammates including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a fullstack developer, with comfort moving between frontend and backend stacks - Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and one backend runtime (such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET) - Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and containerized or cloud-based deployment environments - Understanding of secure coding practices, especially in contexts handling sensitive financial data - Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Working proficiency in English to collaborate with international partners

- Prior exposure to blockchain ecosystems, smart contract development, or payment gateway integrations - Experience working in agile teams within consulting or product-oriented environments - Interest in exploring adjacent areas such as cloud infrastructure, mobile development, or applied AI as projects evolve
