Technical Writer

Role overview Create clear, accurate documentation that helps clients and teams understand and operate software. The work covers product guides, APIs, handovers, runbooks, and internal engineering knowledge, translating technical discussions into material suited to its readers.

Responsibilities - Write product documentation, user and developer guides, handovers, and API integration instructions. - Develop runbooks and operational references with engineering teams. - Turn technical discussions into structured, usable written material. - Improve the organization of documentation sites and knowledge bases. - Edit for clarity, accuracy, and audience needs while keeping documentation current through releases. - Work with engineering, QA, and support teams to find documentation gaps before they lead to support issues.

Requirements - Excellent technical writing in English; Arabic is a plus. - Ability to learn software systems with guidance from engineers. - Strong grammar, structure, and clear writing. - Experience producing developer or product documentation. - Comfort working with APIs and technical diagrams. - Careful attention to accuracy, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and discipline in maintaining current docs.

Nice to have Experience with docs-as-code, Markdown, OpenAPI, Notion, GitBook, ReadMe, or developer portals.
