SRE / Platform Engineer

Role overview

Improve the reliability and operability of production systems while building platform tools that help engineering teams deliver changes safely. The work spans service health, observability, deployment automation, incident response, and consistent environments.

Responsibilities - Define and improve service reliability practices, objectives, and incident response. - Build and maintain tools that make common engineering and operational tasks easier. - Strengthen monitoring and alerting across metrics, logs, and traces. - Automate deployment, recovery, and other repetitive operational work. - Work with engineering and product partners on production readiness, performance, capacity, and resilience. - Lead learning-focused incident reviews and document runbooks and operational standards.

Requirements - Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting incidents. - Solid Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals. - Familiarity with observability tools, containers, and deployment automation. - Ability to automate recurring operational work and communicate clearly under pressure. - Interest in improving the developer experience and making reliable practices easier to follow.

Nice to have

Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus or Grafana, OpenTelemetry, AWS, or on-call operations.
