Project Manager

Role overview Coordinate software projects for clients across different industries, keeping teams aligned and delivery moving while making priorities, risks, and progress clear. The role spans planning, stakeholder communication, scope management, and release coordination, working closely with technical and product teams while respecting their technical ownership.

Responsibilities - Plan projects and clarify client requirements, expectations, and priorities. - Coordinate engineering, design, quality assurance, product, and other contributors. - Track scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; identify blockers and coordinate their resolution. - Facilitate planning sessions and project ceremonies, and maintain useful project documentation. - Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and manage changes to scope or priorities. - Support user acceptance testing and release coordination, helping teams meet agreed quality and delivery expectations.

Requirements - Strong project management fundamentals and experience managing software development projects. - Clear communication and stakeholder management with both technical teams and business partners. - Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities. - Strong risk and dependency management skills. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Comfort working with remote teams and coordinating across functions.

Nice to have - Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Linear, or GitLab. - Background in software consulting or client-facing delivery.
