Product Manager

Role overview Guide software product work from discovery through release by connecting business goals, user needs, and engineering delivery. You’ll help teams decide what to build, why it matters, and how to assess whether it worked, while balancing customer requests with long-term product quality.

Responsibilities - Translate business objectives and user or stakeholder input into product goals and clear requirements. - Set acceptance criteria and prioritize features by value, impact, risk, and effort. - Create and maintain roadmaps, and facilitate product discovery with design and engineering partners. - Test assumptions before substantial development and monitor outcomes and user feedback. - Coordinate user acceptance testing and releases, and communicate priorities and decisions.

Requirements - Product management fundamentals and experience working with software development teams. - Strong analysis, problem solving, prioritization, and decision making amid uncertainty. - Ability to understand technical concepts and write clear product requirements. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ownership skills. - Understanding of user experience principles.

Nice to have - Experience with software services, SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, or business-to-business products.
