About this role
Role overview

Responsibilities
- Develop Power Apps for business workflows and create automations with Power Automate. - Connect Dataverse and other data sources, taking care with permissions and access. - Help establish role-based access and appropriate environment practices. - Work with business users to clarify and simplify processes before automating them. - Document solutions and prepare handovers for their business owners. - Support deployment and lifecycle practices, improve automation reliability, and identify cases that need custom engineering instead.
Requirements
- Practical experience developing with the Power Platform. - Understanding of business process automation and familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, and permissions. - Ability to communicate with business users and translate process needs into workable solutions. - Attention to governance, maintainability, and documentation. - Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory contexts. - Sound judgment about when low-code is appropriate and when custom development is a better fit.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform solutions and application lifecycle management, or Azure integrations.
Benefits and work setup
- Part-time, fully remote role for candidates in Egypt, with flexible hours and some collaboration overlap; office access is available when needed. - Paid annual and sick leave, performance bonuses, annual salary reviews, medical insurance, equipment and internet support. - Learning and development support, including courses, certifications, conference opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to projects across industries.
