Role overview A software development role focused on building and maintaining a high-performance trading platform. The work centers on modern C++ for systems that demand asynchronous, networked, and thread-safe code, with opportunities to push into low-latency territory.

Responsibilities - Contribute across the full lifecycle of trading platform features: design, implementation, testing, and deployment. - Write substantial amounts of asynchronous, template-based, network-oriented, and thread-safe code. - Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with teammates to refine design decisions. - Support stability and performance through thoughtful code reviews and testing.

Requirements - Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++. - Working knowledge of Linux system internals. - Decent written and spoken English for an international team environment. - Comfort operating in a remote or hybrid team with project-based responsibilities that shift over time.

Nice to have - Deep experience with low-latency or real-time development at sub-microsecond scales. - Familiarity with lock-free containers and the reasoning patterns around them. - C programming knowledge, including writing Linux kernel drivers or working close to the core.
